Desk agent and manager denied us access to the hotel for no reason. I believe they confused my son with a different person in the area that might have been causing trouble. There's a lot of homelessness in the area. The manager believed the desk agent. Plus, the desk agent was rude, and demanded cash deposit of $250 which we did not give to her. We offered to provide a receipt showing that where we had just come from that showed the time, but she refused to believe us. Never again.
