Third time spending a night at this hotel. A few things, the young lady at the front desk. Professional and friendly service A plus. Hotel conditions are out dated but clean. Saw a roach in my room for the first time. Wasn’t to pleased about that. If you gonna stay at this hotel. Ask for a room facing the back by the pool area. The front rooms will disturb you. Because you will hear the road noise all night.

I normally dont write reviews but this is by far the nastiest hotel i have ever stayed in and i wanted to make sure everyone is aware and not going by the good reviews. This hotel is raoch infested major problem. I even found one in the microwave. My food had to be thrown away. I made a complaint about the roaches and the toilets that hardly flush the low pressure in the shower and they acted like they cared to solve the problems and moved me to a different room for a discounted rate. When i checked out, the lady in the front had a nasty attitude and told me there is no notes on my complaint and nothing about a discounted rate. There was anothe guest in the hotel that made a complaint about the same thing and they offered no help, discount or reimbursement. Stay away from this hotel.

We were the only individuals in the lobby, but were left waiting 10 minutes before the front desk person returned to the front desk... who then dealt with another person just off the elevator before even looking at us. With the dirty lobby and poor service, we decided to walk out and forfeit our fee for the night and drive 5 hours to get home instead. We did not observe the status of the rooms, but if they were similar to the lobby, we made the correct choice.

. . . well rested

perfect overnight stay for the tennis, ice hockey and football in the Miami area. Check in was quick, friendly and professional. Breakfast was your standard US fare. If you've stayed in a Quality Inn before then this is one of the better ones. No complaints here and would gladly stay again if I'm down this way.
