Terrible. Roach. Broken room chair. Broken room bathroom door. Dirty vibe and feel. Leaves dirty hot tub. Slimy water when you go in. Front desk people nice and courteous.

What i like was, the return of room services, even if its just naking the bed and changing towels. As the hotel still completes renovations, a regular AC cleaning is a must, as it flared my Sinus. The Hotel staff, right down to the Ancillary Staff were great, only think, when you pass guest, a good morning or good afternoon is keep to having clients return.

Place is not bad you get what you paid for, can use a deep clean in the carpets, room was not to cleaned found hair in bed and floor was sticky, breakfast was ok the serve the same thing everyday but it gets so crowded and let's just say sketchy people staying in the hotel overall wasn't the worst hotel has plenty of places to eat around but needs to be more clean and staff was OK

The moment we walked into the room, it smelled like pool water. It was a very strong smell. The staff was friendly and the price was fine. I did find one cockroach moving around the tv, but that was all.

Entire property was in the middle of what appeared to be a very low budget renovation. We had to have our room swapped, no tv volume in both rooms. I had to spend an hour and a half to get them to fix the tv. Even after transferring rooms. The phones weren’t even plugged in to power. Everything was dirty and halfway repaired. The elevators were even shakey. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me the overpriced rate they charged me. Very disappointing for sure.
