For oney room 414 AC was not working properly so at 136 am I woke up drenched in sweat. I had to walk to the reception office to have then fix the problem. The gentleman was kind enough to switch me to another room 402 AC is great but the dryer doesn't work and the coffee maker either. One of the managers came inside my room without knocking and abruptly ask at what time I was checking out. All that should have been posted from the beginning as charged. Communication between the coworkers should be on point and better to avoid future embarrassment. Other than that the rest has been a wonderful experience.

My experience was not so good. I had several problems with room. I had to call guest services about 3 times during my stay to address issues. The internet is very spotty so you are unable to use the smart tv feature. There wasn't enough towels and we ended up having to track down housekeeping to get more. The room was not cleaned well and needs renovations.
