The bathroom wasnt working in the lobby when I got there to check in, after seeing what i did in the outter premises i didnt check into the room again , my party and I left and had to go to another hotel, the desk receptionist had a couldnt be bothered attitude when we got there, there was a mattress in the corridor, there was a urine smell around the hotel, there were people that didnt look safe and i didnt feel safe, what we saw didnt match what was said in reviews or shown in pics. Will not consider staying here ever again.

This is the worst hotel ever! It’s disgusting and smelly! Everything here is old fashioned and the elevator is a second away from breaking down !please I repeat please do not book here run away from this place ! It’s not worth it at all!!Horrible Horrible Horrible janky stanky place. And they have a nerve to charge a resort fee and a 100 doallar deposit! Here’s a tip for yall knock this place down and rebuild it ,and get those stinky smelly mattresses yall have laying in the lobby out of there and put them on the trash dumpster ! Place is full of mold .roaches, mildew ,ants and rodents

The doors of all the rooms are scratched up with graffiti and tags, the carpet is disgusting, they don’t give you any washcloths or bath mats, just 1 standard towel, the bed sheet was cover in fuzz, hair and little bits of stuff. Requested a refund because I checked out and did not stay and 3 different staff over the phone were unable to help and told me to email the manager. I emailed the manager 6 days ago and gotten no response them. Stay FAR AWAY from this trap hotel.

Building under construction kind of messy, all building needs maintenance, they request hotel fee for no reason cause hotel does not have luxury service for it

I never checked into the hotel because I saw pictures from my family members room whom I also booked the the lobby was filthy and hotel staff wanted to take a picture with a cell phone of my credit card information. The hotel refused to give me a refund of two rooms that I purchased and could not stay because the showers were stained an he room had a molded leaking ceiling. Bugs were found in the room linen appeared to be stained. There were disgusting pee stained mattresses lined up in the hallway! I had to rent a Airbnb for the night. I wish I could give ZERO stars!
