Horrible

This was not at all what I expected. This was Sooooo horrible. There were broken outlets in the room, hair on the sheets, carpet was dirty, beer cans on the balcony , holes in the bathroom wall, filled with toilet paper . I did not even spend 1 night there. The lack of customer service was the last of my worries . My daughters paid for me to jook at another hotel, cause they did not want me spending a night at this facility .

Worst place I’ve ever been. It looks nothing like the photos. The room was dusty and the bathroom door doesn’t open from the inside so if you are alone you could get stuck in there. The elevator is wonky and only fits 4 people at a time. Night shift front desk has absolutely no idea what customer service is. My advice, just don’t book.

Do not book this hotel!

This is not a hotel it’s a sorry excuse for one. Reception has protective glass and there are a lot of shady people all around. We were not given enough towels pillows and blankets. The room had cracked walls and tiles along with stains all over the furniture. Wish I took some pics but take my word for it, this one was baaaaaddd.

The promotional pictures do not accurately represent the true condition of the hotel. My in-person experience was very disappointing. I regret having to walk away and look for another option at such a late time. I feel as though I was scammed.

I checked into this hotel hoping for a quiet night after a long day of travel, but what happened was a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the organization and management of this place were absolutely terrible. The room was old, the furniture was worn out, and the air was filled with a musty, unpleasant smell. But the worst was yet to come. At exactly midnight, I was startled awake by loud knocking on the door and the sound of someone trying to open it! It turned out that the front desk staff had mistakenly given my room number to someone else, causing a terrifying situation. I had no choice but to call the police as this person kept trying to enter, while the hotel staff responded with shocking indifference, as if this were a normal occurrence! When I spoke to management in the morning, I expected at least an apology and some compensation for this horrible experience. Instead, they dismissed my concerns and refused to refund any of the money I had paid, claiming that “mistakes happen”! This hotel is not only a disaster in terms of service and security, but it also shows no respect for its guests and refuses to take responsibility for its own errors. I strongly advise against staying here—unless you’re looking for an experience filled with stress, negligence, and complete disregard for customers.
