I checked out on February 1,2025 and still haven't received my incidental fees back. I've been in contact with the hotel for three weeks with promises of calls and the money being returned to me. But, the accountant at the Milwaukee location hasn't called me or sent my money back.

Great vibe: unique biker-industrial atmosphere was fun so well done they it made it enjoyable to stay there. Great bar and casual, comfortable lounging area…so many options! The breakfast and lunch options are the big disappointment- not great choices and way overpriced for what you get. We didn’t try the formal dining restaurant but it looks great…
