The Mahana complex is undergoing a roof repair and replacement project. The building is 12 stories and we are located on the 7th floor. There will be some intermittent noise from the project as well as some possible reverberations due to the work being performed. Work hours are 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday-Friday with some work occasionally on Saturdays.
Everything at the complex is open and normal minus some construction equipment in the parking lot and some other areas along the walkways to protect guests.
-June and July reservations through July 24- From June 3- July 24 the central A/C will not be working in the unit. We will have portable AC units in the bedroom and living room/kitchen area.
Rates for June and July have been discounted by 25% for the inconvenience.
June 24- August: Central A/C will be back working in the building. There will be some minor impacts due to noise but rates have been discounted by 15% for any inconvenience.
