Gorgeous property and beach access was impeccable. Very walkable to other resorts to dine and we saw sea turtles daily. Superb location!

Terrible service

You have to pay extra for beach chairs and umbrella (never experienced that in a $450 dollar night hotel, Rosie the restaurant manager is rude and argued with me about my arrival time for breakfast where she was not there when I arrived and deny service of food for my daughter an me.

Julie was just amazing recommend go visit her to purchase tickets Luau also thank you Jacob for all the great recommendations everything he recommended was so delicious & Gretchen what excellent customer service also went out of her way to figure out we we double charge when we check in come and visit you all will not be disappointed 1 only thing but it’s nature the birds at the restaurant but understand that is there home come right to the tables other than that excellent.

Loved the wrist key cards. Was not given clear instructions for pool towels- but figured it out. Excellent communication through text- check in, special event, check out. Also appreciated NO pressure or sales push for luau or other activities, but nice they were available.

Overall it was a good trip and good property. The bungalows are special. The food and service at NOON AND MOON are great. However the food at the Luau was terrible. We were really looking forward to that nights dinner all week and could not have hated it more. Quality, variety, and selection for and expensive luau were cafeteria level. Thankfully the show and the drinks made us forget but would never recommend the Myths of Maui Luau.

This resort was perfect for my family. We have 3 small kids and the resort was not crowded and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the luau on site. The rooms are a little outdated but Overall a great time!
