Two staff at front desk were difficult to understand - foreign accents. Bathroom door (opened out instead of in) and would NOT stay open. Had to prop it with wastebasket. Toilet seat slid side-to-side. Tightened the plastic bolt, but it was stripped. How did cleaning people NOT notice the loose seat. Window painted shut-had to push hard to get it open. Pillows very small. Otherwise, room was ok.

I like best western hotels, but this building is very run down and the maintenance techniques used are very obviously subpar. It was a little shocking to see because Ive never seen a best western property look run down before.

It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there.

This place has really gone downhill in the last six months. Many of the tv channels had "weak antenna signal" error message, the room & common areas weren't all the way clean, & the back parking lot was completely full of people just sitting around their cars and yelling all night long. I guess this is the new Baymont West.

The room was literally falling apart the windowsill was crumbled up in pieces the tile right by the entrance wiggled when you moved on it the beds were not clean and the pool and the hot tub were disgusting there was no filter in the hot tub the staff was okay but just not ideal definitely was expecting a better experience

Property (specifically the rooms) are rundown and in desperate need of repairs and upkeep. It was very clean but the amount of dingy surfaces, cracked plaster, carpet runs/ snags, and old beat up doors made it feel dirty and suspect.
