I woke up itching only to see bed bugs in the bed 3 of them to be exact . I alerted staff the manager came to check out my bed, only to tell me that those weren’t bed bugs , also she collected all 3 specks for investigation. I asked her why was she collecting the if she was so confident that they weren’t bed bugs ? I was told that I was welcomed to leave . Like ok I didn’t know I was welcomed to leave because I thought I was being held hostage 🙄. Room 105 has bed bugs period ants as well rolling all over the bathroom floor.

First when I booked stay on line. {only because direct hotel phone not listed} Choice of rooms were only two. One upper the other did not say but I assumed lower. I AM CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR AS A DISABLED VIETNAM VET. Were given a upstairs room. No elevators. I called the front desk and was told no downstairs available. S my wife assisted me in crawling up and down the stairs. Room was clean but carpet dangereous. I will never stay at this locatio n again.

The check in was great! Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful to locate our room and easy side entrance. Everything was great except it smelled a little like pot in the hallway to our room and I thought it was a no smoking hotel. Great to be right next to the casino. Our room was very clean and we would definitely stay again. We didn’t get a chance to check out the breakfast.
