Not worth the stay.

First off we could not use our company credit card because a personal name was not on it. So we had to use our personal credit card for the trip. Second in the loby area of the hotel states no smoking but the entrence to it was connected to the casinodoors so every time thoes doors openedsmoke would fill the loby area. We went to the room and the floors had crumbs in the hallway and in the elevator. Our room looked like someone sat on the bed. The beds were very uncomfortable woke up so stiff and sore.

Our room was not properly cleaned. There were dirty socks by the bed when you entered the room along with a used qtip by the bed and the mini fridge was frozen over with the door unable to close. Ended the trip wasting 2 plates and a full pizza due to this. Upon check out, the staff didnt know what i was talking about regarding the fridge and told me i should have let them know beforehand. Ive stayed here before and had no issues. Its a shame the customer service was so sub par this time. I dont know if ill be staying here again. Tip for the next person that stays here: thouroughly inspect your room before you go eat at their restaurant or hit the casino. Also stay with the front desk when making a complaint to ensure it gets documented. Restaurant had good food and casino was fun.

Right here they put me in a room that was Facing East where the railroad runs I had to crack my window because the heater would be shut off calm down told staff about it training man all night every hour from Midnight on it woke me up couldn't sleep marvelous day I think I should be refunded the money it was that bad
