The kitchen is open to the dining room and is fully equipped to put any chef at home when you want to cook instead of going to a restaurant. Enjoy a cup of Kona Coffee and listen to the birds on your private lanai that is located off the dining room.

Let your guests relax in the downstairs room with Smart TV and 2 extra-long Twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request for a fee. Enjoy the natural light or shut the shades and soak up the central AC. There is also a full bathroom downstairs next to the guest bedroom. This home has everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach, including a cooler, beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. Feel at home with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience also located downstairs.

The upstairs of this townhouse has a spacious primary ensuite with a private lanai for total relaxation.
