Be nice if heat was going before we went in room, but with prices today can understand why. Everything was excellent and staff very kind. We go there night before husbands cancer treatments at KU and feel very welcome. Breakfast we don’t do being husband has Gtube.

Stay was fine some unclean surfaces and I definitely wouldn’t have used the shower based on how dirty the head was. Found a few hairs on the counter and one on the bed but was too tired to complain at the time. Based on what I paid it was adequate enough for the 8ish hours I spent before I left early in the morning. Biggest upside was the 24hr front desk so I could check out at 5am without issues.

What I liked was the location was near my route of travel. What I didn't like was being charged a extra fee when I checked in and staff acting put off that I would have questioned why I was being charged extra. Then the room was not as cleaned as it should have been, the TV didn't work, plus the room location, with me being a female traveling alone, was unsafe due to view was blocked by the stairwell and having to park my vehicle a distance away from the room.
