I was suppose to receive a refund for one night stay. The manager Darryl said he issued it to the Hotel.com MC ending in 6556 in the amount of $167.49 and I haven’t seen that credit on my account yet. I couldn’t locate a number to call hotel.com for help

Building waa clean, hallways had a funky smell, room was fine. 2 double beds, thought they were supposed to be queens, they were not comfortable. Very soft and springy. Bath didnt work. AC was down the firat night we were there but thankfully was fixed the next day. Breakfast did not stick to posted times and started 30 min late.

Your bathroom doors provide little privacy. We won’t stay in a Hampton with those sliding doors again.

Excellent stay for Comicon

Stayed here one night for Planet Comicon. Hotel is clean, convenient, and staff was helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was very nice! Breakfast was excellent with many choices!

The outside area was pretty sketchy looking but once inside the staff greeted us with a smile and were super friendly they did let us know that there was cars being broken into at their lot and suggested going to the public parking garage across the street instead.

We were in Kansas City for a basketball tournament and it was close enough to walk, that was the main reason for our choice. The room was very nice and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating for anything we asked about.
