Embassy Suites Kapolei

While the suite had a separate bedroom, the walk in between was not sound proof which was something we wanted. More troubling was that only 2 out of 3 elevators worked & the ones that did would start closing too soon as people entered, delivering a hard smack to their bodies in various places. This was particularly dangerous for small children who were staying in the hotel.

We stayed here for a wedding. The pool is small but nice. The breakfast is awesome, great selection and quality. Safe neighborhood.

They were able to fit us in last minute, our original flight off the island was canceled and we had been booked on another 2 days later. Within an hour of booking, we were checking in and in our hotel room. Very clean, spacious rooms. We were able to use the parking on site and it was a good location, easy to get to.

It’s clean and great breakfast. But staff are not very welcoming. It would go a long way if they would greet you with a smile or even thank you for staying there when checking out. Parking is also very pricey compared to other hotels. Hot tub looked a little dirty and it was difficult to get pool towels. Especially if there are people checking in at the front counter.
