There was no network, it our was showing LTE, there was mentioned high speed internet and receptionist denied, said we don’t have internet past 6 months. And property still shows high speed internet. She was rude and asked if you want to leave you can cancel the reservation. But we don’t have any option left, as we had the print out of the Expedia no direct number to connect. And we are too tired, I was with wife we can’t do much. I am ok with no internet but i don’t like how she talked to us. We really want to have the refund. And my wife was mad on me just for this.

Love the area. Would like for things to be frequently checked. My outlets next to the bed did not work, and I had work to do, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Also, no microwave or refrigerator

It was less expensive than the only other option in Kayenta that is across the street. It's a fine place to stay, quiet, safe, rooms are clean, near the highway.

We stayed in one of the King bedrooms. The room was quite large with a couch and nice view of the mountains. There was no WiFi, no refrigerator and no microwave. There was cable TV. We also enjoyed the regular sized bathtub. We almost didn't choose this hotel because the rating is below 4. However, I am glad we did and honestly don't know why the rating is below 4.

I stayed here in part of my roadtrip of Arizona/Utah, and I left my earring in the room by accident when I was already hundreds of miles away. These people were super kind enough to ship my earring back home for me!! You can definitely trust them with your stuff in the room.

After we arrived at 14:15 (2:15 pm), I was wondering if there would be a chance to check in earlier. 1st female employee we came across said NO and also stated she has plenty of rooms available, but simply no check-ins before 15:00 (3 pm). We returned after 3 pm. During the actual check-in in we were informed that the restaurant is closed and also there is no internet at the facility. Hotels.com says there is high-speed internet. The heater in the room is so loud, it feels it is gonna explode. Condensation on the windows forms a waterfall, so the carpet must be soaking wet, and the frame around the windows shows signs of mold; no chance to even crack open the window to refresh the air. No mini fridge. Furniture is falling apart. I can imagine this is one of the best in Kayenta, but that is still expensive for what it is and what is offers.
