Checked in very late. Attentive team member at front desk eager to answer all my questions. Assigned a double room on a high floor (like high floor) but would have preferred a king. Front desk likely did it because I had a small(er) child with me. Too tired to change rooms at 10pm. Property and one staff person we encountered were excellent.

Great family fun

Just so Expedia knows, I reserved a king room, I received 2 queens and a handicapped room that everything was a knee level. When I repsonded to the inquiry on how was my room, I told them... they responded, they were sold out and there were sold out and couldn't change. Yet, someone who was with our group got a king room the day of the event.

The water park is great. Despite being busy, there was a plethora of towels, which is unusual based on experiences at similar places. The restaurant had fantastic food and a great atmosphere, and the on-grounds Starbucks was a great bonus!
