This motel is off the interstate and has numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Kearney is a friendly college town. The motel staff share the friendly vibe. The room was very clean and breakfast was good.

You get what you pay for. Just needed a place to stay/sleep for the night. Didn’t expect much and they didn't disappoint. Seemed like they were trying to cover a previous odorous stink with an overbearing smell of what could be described as you ol'uncle Guido's (or Rajesh) cologne. Fridge was unplugged when we got to our room so the freezer compartment was, I assume, filled with water from the frost of the freezer melting. Black mold on the sides and freezer door shelf. Didn’t use the, tv or shower. Entire hotel needs remodeling and upgrades. Other than that all was fine for a place to sleep (at least better than sleeping in a car). Just slept and left.
