After booking and calling in advance to inquire about the pool/spa area, I was informed they would be running during the holiday (Valentine’s) weekend. Upon Check-In, the boilers were down so no hot tub, and pool was too cold. This wouldn’t normally be an issue, except this was exclusively why we chose this location. However, the breakfast was amazing. Constantly refreshed and they were more than helpful when needed. I will definitely consider this location in the future, as the staff was fantastic.

Overall great stay!

Clean rooms. Good hot breakfast. Close to everything which was super convenient. The pool was great for the kids but very poor ventilation, so it was extremely hot in there. 100x better than the surrounding hotels. The front desk was very accommodating.
