Property was clean and our room was comfortable. I have stayed in this hotel several times and always enjoy the stay. However, Chairs in room had bad fluid stains of some type on them. Could not take a bath as water pressure was void and would have taken an hour to fill. Water pressure slightly improved for showering.

I went to check in 1.5 hours after check in time and they didn't have a room ready. They told me to come back in 30 to 45 minutes and they should have something ready. I'm sure it would've been a different story if I checked out 1.5 hours late.

The rooms are very old. Shower curtain had yellow mold at the end. There was a very long strain of blonde hair on the pillows. Carpet was nasty, toilet was so low to the floor, it was crazy. The toilet seat didn't fit, the fitting were loose. Brown stains in the face and body towels. Yeah, pretty yucky.

Room was very dirty and missing body wash in the shower entirely and it took staff way too long to provide body wash. They first sent someone to the room to replace it but that person brought everything but body wash and was very confused and annoying.

Dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Our room and entire hotel reeked of smoke. Also, I wanted to walk downtown on E. Central Ave. and knew it was close to the hotel. I asked the girl at the desk how I could get to that street. She didn’t know and couldn't find it on her computer. We walked outside, and the street we (and the hotel) were on was E. Central Ave. Unbelievable!

The room to start was dirty. The bathtub didn't drain after my shower for hours. The tub was very dirty and the toilet was also. I have been going to Hollywood Casino for Boogie Nights for years. Never stayed at the casino figured it was to expensive. Well this time we did book a room because we also reserved a VIP booth at Boogie Nights. The price I thought wasn't bad we had 6 rooms booked and 12 ppl. in the VIP booth. That we booked. I was very disappointed. First, my room was not what I expected and Boogie Nights was not either. Our VIP booth had two couches and no other seating. So 8 ppl fit the rest sat on laps or stood outside the booth. Our server acted as if we were a bother. Not friendly at all. This is so sad because when we come to the casino we bring a large group of people. And I have bragged all about it. This time was such a disappointment 😔.
