The master bedroom has a king bed and work nook while the guest bedroom on this level has a queen. The ground floor studio offers private accommodations accessible via an outside staircase (no interior access) with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom for the nanny or in-laws.
Hop on your boat and in a minute be out on Blackwater Sound fishing, tubing or just a leisurely boat ride. This boat slip has a 24' maximum length (including bow extension and engines in the up position. ($100,000 minimum liability insurance required to be on file prior to bringing the boat into the marina.) The boat can be launched and trailers stored at nearby Caribbean Club for an additional fee.
