This is our 3rd time staying at this place.. we have stayed pre reno and post reno and the aftermath is beautiful. Would definitely recommend. The primary pool however was not functioning or open during our stay, so would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.. but other than that, 10/10.

Meh...

Trying to be a luxury resort but missing the mark. Main pool is closed for renovation, thats okay, its off season. 2nd pool is fine. But pool area is closed as is restaurant. I prepay breakfast, and the only option is to sit outside in the sun when ita 100 degrees at 8 am. 2nd day, reno has entire area blocked off. Im told i can walk 10 minutes to their sister hotel for breakfast. Reno screwed up the sound system, music at 6 am at full blast for 20 minutes. I paid extra for an ocean view... what they neglect to tell you is that with the ocean view you get the 4 lane main highway between your door and the view. The noise from traffic made the view worthless. Elevator was out for service half the time, so had to go around back... and even then the 2nd elevator wouldnt go to the 5th floor half the time....

A great hotel if you don't want breakfast

I enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. At check-in I was given a free bottle of champagne for my birthday. The shuttle service was an excellent bonus. I had only one complaint. No continental breakfast included in all the fees charged by the hotel.

Good for the price! Cleanliness can improve, when we complained about the cleaning our room we were promptly moved rooms and were very satisfied. Breakfast situation is a bit off, way overpriced for the portion, prepaid breakfast for the room but only offered one complimentary plate? Literally the French toast plate was just one piece of bread with whipped cream and berries. No biggie wouldn’t mind staying again.

Was clean and friendly staff, shuttle driver were also nice, the pool was awesome and so was the bar. Only thing is I thought there was a balcony but it is more of a motel set up. But the rooms are comfy and very coast home inspired

For The Cost And Price Of This Hotel, The Elevators Were Very Slow When Floor Selection Was Selected. And When Checking Out This Morning, Discover One Of The Two Elevators Completely Out If Service. Having A Handicap Daughter, I Will Rethink Staying At This Hotel On My Next Trip To Key West.

At first we were given a room on the first floor that smelled of mildew, had wet ceilings dripping onto the bed and floors we had to go to the receptionist and tell them we could not stay in that room. We were then given a room on a better side of the hotel. We got upgraded to ocean view and the room was definitely cleaner. The hotel is going through construction so you do have to prepare for that. We did pay $15 parking each night and we were supposed to receive a $15 drink credit for our stay but never did. The pool was big and the backyard patio has a lot to do. The location was great, close to everything.
