The property was as described and the location was perfect. Two blocks from Green Parrot, one block from Duval. Beds were comfortable however one of the AC units in one bedroom was underperforming, might need to be recharged.

Great Stay

This condo was the perfect place to stay. It is located in a great neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and a short walk to Duval Street. The parking space in the back of the unit is also a plus. The condo has two nicely renovated bathrooms. Previous reviews stated the lack of kitchen items. The kitchen does have a large sink as well as stovetop. There is also a four piece dish set and stainless flatware as well as various kitchen appliances. One item to mention….the unit is well lit outside, however; the bedroom blinds do not filter out the light. If you are light sensitive, you may want to bring a sleeping mask.

Great property & location!!

This was one of our best VEBOs. We were only here two nights, so if here longer we probably would have wanted something bigger, with a full kitchen. Also, the only negative is the bed is soft and a little creaky, and we would want a king if here longer. But this property is so clean and in an excellent location! Very cute, safe, clean neighborhood, Duvall St is only about 2-3 short blocks. Harbor/Conch Republic Seafood Co only a half mile away. Also, they think of small but important details - extra pillows and blankets, beach towels, travel size Dove shampoo, conditioner, soap in bathroom, two luggage racks for your suitcases. And of course the free parking space is so convenient and saved us $$ since we rented a Jeep. Check-in soooo easy, and no complicated check- out requirements. Great job Vacasa!

Perfect for a quick Couples get away weekend

The location of this apartment was great! It was close enough to the action, but being one street over it was still quiet. This place was the perfect size for my husband and I, but if we had planned to stay longer than a few days - the lack of kitchen amenities would have been a struggle. No plates or silverware, bring your own - and you’ll only be working with a microwave to cook with! So don’t plan on buying a frozen pizza to pop in the oven, or eggs for a quick breakfast. Also, remember if you grab stuff for cereal- you need to bring your own bowls and spoons. They give glasses, but there’s no kitchen sink, so you’ll wash them in the bathroom. Again, the place had a perfect location, and was great for a quick getaway.

Perfect location

My husband and I made a last minute decision to join our friends in Key West. We rented this place because it was near Duval street and close to where our friends were staying. Very nice & clean. Awesome shower! No kitchen sink or silverware but we made do just fine. Didn't plan to eat much at the house anyways because there were too many awesome restaurants around. On a quiet street. Didn't hear any neighbor noises either. Bed was very comfy. Lots of towels and beach towels supplied. Will stay here again if possible in the future.

Very small and bring your earplugs

Like most places in Key West, rental prices should be about half of what they are. Note the junk fees and add-ons. The "rooms" or part of the house that we rented was very small at approximately 500 square feet. It's an older house is divided into five rooms. One room seems to be for a live-in resident, and the other four are rented out. The pictures infer a much larger place as if you're renting a house with a decent-sized bedroom, living room, and kitchen. There is no kitchen but only a small refrigerator, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The only source of water is the faucet in the bathroom. There is a sitting room and a bedroom which are large enough for two (2) people but not anymore. Next is the noise, or conversely, the absence of peace and quiet. Every morning at 6AM, we awoke to the live-in resident's alarm going off. Another renter on the second story of the house was very obviously very religious in the night time as we heard "oh god, oh god, oh god"... very clearly. This was at first amusing but then distracting. The house is located on Simonton Street and a corner service street. This rental is right on that corner. The first morning, after the caretaker's alarm went off, we were awakened again by a street cleaning machine, and then on another morning a garbage truck. Every morning starting about 6:30-7AM we heard noises from cleaning and construction vehicles. Also the house is directly under the flight path of the jet planes taking off from the airport. Regarding the noise, are the A/C window units (there is no central air conditioning which should be mentioned in the property description). Our trip was in June, so we had to leave the two window units running continuously along with the ceiling plans to keep the place cool.

Very clean place in a very comfortable area!

The place was immaculate and a charming older B&B style unit. It was close enough to Duval St for walking yet just far enough away from the craziness. The area is well lit and comfortable for walking at night! The unit came with all the amenities and enough pillows and towels! Keep in mind this is B&B and expectations should be as such. It is. It for anyone looking to cook full meals! EXCELLENT UNIT FOR THE B&B EXPECTATIONS!
