Located in prestigious Truman Annex at Mile Marker 0 - location, location, location. Shipyard Condos are right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach/Truman Waterfront Park and next to Mallory Square and those famous nightly Sunset Festivals and just two blocks from Duval Street and all of the shops, restaurants, night clubs and museums. While we provide a parking spot, you will not need a car!

Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible.

Location Locatio

Very nice unit in Truman Annex. Perfect location to walk to everything. You do not need a car. Bike rental is a block up Southard....Good prices and friendly staff. Fort Zachary is walkable but a bike would be better. We have stayed all over Key West and this unit might be our favorite. Stocked kitchen with a blender, regular coffee maker and a keurig. Toaster could be updated. We very much recommend this place.

Pretty area

Truman annex is just a gorgeous area to stay in and it’s close enough to duval to walk but far enough away to relax. This house is exactly as listed. The back patio was cute and the pool was nice. The bedrooms are very small and it was tight for two people to share a room. Also the floors were dirty- I had to wear shoes in the house because if not my feet would be black. I would stay here again.

Very nice!

Condo was clean and just as advertised. Only complaint is please remove the old key box on the back post. Spent a while there before common sense took over, suppose that's on me! Lol! Whole stay was great. Communication was on point. I would recommend this property

Great location, cute condo!

The condo is in the back of Truman Annex - the perfect location! About 3 blocks off Duval, close enough to walk to & far enough to escape the party scene. Jimmy Buffett was playing on Alexa when we arrived & the condo was clean & bright. It was easy to check in with the guard for the parking pass & easy to retrieve the keys from the lock box. The condo is about 100 steps from the pool - again, perfect as it's close but not overlooking the pool which feels more private. The twin beds converted to a king were individually very comfortable though the gap in the middle was awkward. The queen in the guest room wasn't as plush so we stayed with the converted king & it was fine for the week. The sheets were amazingly soft! The kitchen is more than adequate with everything needed to make simple meals. There were plenty of kitchen & bath towels & the provided beach towels are a very nice touch! The patio is huge & so nice - furniture is comfy, table is large & the plants are very lush & pretty. The awning keeps it nice & shady all day! Perfect for morning coffee & evening cocktails. The assigned parking space is large enough to accommodate a mid-sized SUV + 2 rented scooters in between the front of the vehicle and the fence around the lot. I do wish the rental & payment process was more automated/on-line vs. having to scan or fax paper documents & send encrypted emails - but it was only a minor inconvenience for such a nice property & owners who have thought of all the other little details & responded quickly to inquiries. This is our 2nd time staying in Truman Annex and we loved this condo & location! Would definitely stay here again.
