Conveniently residing in the historic Old Town district of Key West, the dreamy and adults only Azul Queen Anne mansion awaits your tropical sabbatical. Built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons, this retreat is sure to pull you into a world set apart from reality. Incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail paint the picture for your long awaited trip to the Florida Keys. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Precisely maintained to preserve the enchanting, historic elements of this creation, Azul immerses you into an old world charm with coastal elements. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and appreciate the serene surroundings. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. The kitchen is located on the main level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Located off the 2nd floor balcony, this queen room provides cozy linens, a flat screen TV, a Keurig coffee maker and a mini fridge. A private full bathroom with a shower is en suite. Open your door and marvel over lush surroundings beyond a breezy sundeck which overlooks a shimmering, shared pool below. A table with 2 chairs sits just outside your room so you can enjoy the outdoors without having to go too far.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Although just a leisurely walk to downtown, off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis should you require a vehicle. A shimmering, shared pool lies steps from these serene accommodations. Catch some rays on the second-floor sun deck with ample loungers showcasing vibrant tropical views with a generous island breeze. Live like a local and make the most out of your island escape!

PARKING...
It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Never met a host. Check-in was all handled electronically. The bedroom and bathroom was very small and difficult to maneuver around in. No chair to sit in, no closet, not much surface to set anything on. For the price of the room, we expected more.

Enjoyed stay. Great having a common area for a kitchen with good coffee pods, toaster, fridge/freezer, etc.. Also sofas, table and chairs for socializing. Didn’t use pool as weather was cold at night and no heat. We packed a small space heater that worked great! Will have to say they provided the smallest bar of soap ever! Host said they would send more but, never arrived! Nice little fridge in room and keureg machine with good pods. Most rooms are on second floor with narrow stairs. Don’t bring a 50 lb suitcase if you are not young. Looked like one room was only accessible via a metal spiral stair. We could not have done that!

Beautiful home, delightful stay! The room is small but there is a lot of comfortable common space. The pool felt wonderful after a day of walking. The extra touches of cold water & fruit were welcoming. A longer walk to the main part of town, but we loved seeing the homes, and the cemetery, and enjoyed the quiet.

Azul Key West was a very comfortable place to stay. The rooms are small since this is an old mansion and there was a couple of flights of narrow stairs which were hard to navigate with a huge suitcase. The remote for the ceiling fan was very tricky and you had to keep pushing the off/on button to get it to work. Other than these two small quirks, my stay was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable and plush.

We did not cook in the communal kitchen, but all the common areas were clean and comfortable.The innkeeper was very responsive when we needed to extend our stay due to a cancelled return ferry. She quickly assisted us to find another location that was just as nice and convenient.

My husband and I have been to Key West several times; this was our first time staying here. The mansion is beautiful and the property is impressive. Check in and out and the communication with the innkeeper was great. Our room, Flor de Cana, was small but quiet and what we expected and just what we needed. The AC unit struggled to keep the room cool although it seemed to work well enough. I would recommend the property get another bike rack. There was barely enough space some evenings to lock up our bikes. The biggest con of our stay: We were there three nights and there was constant 9-5 renovations/handywork occurring all over the property. There were paint chips getting into the pool, etc. and I didn’t know where to watch for wet paint lol. I understand renovations need to happen, but it would have been nice to know about it in advance or at least not have the work happening on the other side of our wall right at 9am. It made it a little difficult to enjoy that quiet cup of coffee on the porch. All that being said, this is a great place to stay, especially I’d imagine with a group booking different rooms. We’d stay here again!

The property was very nice and in a great location. The common area kitchen facilities were great, as was the avaiable filtered water and ice. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. While centrally located, noise was never an issue.

Quiet and Peaceful

Great location. It was quiet and only a short walk to the nightlife off Duval St. The room was immaculate and as advertised. Yes it was small, but for two people it is more than enough space. It was stated not to set AC below 72 degrees, I do wish it could be lower because it was still warm and humid at times in the room. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect

Great location on Truman - close walk to all the things. Check-in is easy enough with very clear instructions sent ahead of time. Rooms are small, but as to be expected and all you need for your stay. Lovely pool area, again, very clean. Only bummer was we asked for fresh towels (guests text housekeeping services) and were told we'd get new ones in the morning - never did. But we used our extra pool towels. :) Would definitely stay here again.

We loved out stay

We didn't get in until after 9pm. The check in was just as explained and we were able to get our key and to our room without any difficulty! Whem we entered our room it was very clean and inviting! We loved the oranges offered in the common area! Loved that we were close to everything and bike rental only a few doora down. We definitely reco.mend renting bikes as your transportation!
