For the price, there we a lot of things missing: no place to plug in phone by bed. No desk to use computer or enough outlets to plug in tech. Not any bathmat and only one hand towel. No conditioner. The pillows were old and lumpy - no choices for pillow firmness options. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with good protein choices. The location was convenient. Parking was iffy.

Ramon, who greeted us at the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The room was nice but needs some maintenance work to get up to five stars. The facility is nicely located to the marina and the waterfront and only a short five blocks to Duvall Street. We would stay here again.

The staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast spread each morning was delicious. Our bed was very comfortable, and when it was time to sleep, it was quiet. This was a convenient location and we did a lot of walking. We didn't take advantage of the outside patio or balcony, but they looked inviting and other guests seemed to enjoy spending time there. Overall a nice experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location if on Kew West Express Ferry. Unfortunate loud raatling/humming noise from pool equipment 24 hours. Turn your white noise source to high volume!
