Quick response to issue

Amazing stay with fantastic service. I had a small issue and both maintenance and housekeeping were at my room in under 10 minutes to resolve issue. Pool, hot tub and Salty Lime bar were all top notch and very refreshing on a warm day. Would definitely recommend as long as you're OK with not being in Old Town Key West!

I liked the security- you had to use your key card to enter the parking lot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is very nice, has hot tub and poolside bar. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple days and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Staff was friendly and helpful with many local recommendations made. We had our golf cart to get around the island delivered directly to the hotel and were able to charge it easily and felt safe. Would absolutely stay here again!

Not worth the money

Room was half way cleaned. Wi-fi went down 1st night. Didn’t have dinner service at restaurant ( which is why I stay at Hilton garden) it lists a restaurant in description. Couldn’t get hold of desk. Tried 3 times this morning. TV didn’t work first nite.

First time in Key West

This hotel is an older building which has undergone renovation, but still "feels" old. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, breakfast was good, but pricey. Noise wasn't a problem until you sit by the pool. The highway noise is somewhat annoying.

Second time staying here, the first time just a few minor cons compared to others. I was told by expedia that what would need to call hotel directly for handicap accommodations in which i tried for 2 months with no answer or transferred to someone that had too send me to front desk still no answer. I tried again finally spoke to woman that took my name and number and said they'd call me back in which i never recieved. Once arriving i explained and they said they would have a room for me that was close to elevator and handicap parking, this was not so. It was a long walk which is very hard for me and the handicap area was always full in which one vehicle did not even have a handicap pass. We had no hot water for showers and there was a burn mark on my top cover. The bed was comfortable but another request i needed was 2 beds which they could not accommodate at that time. They have a nice pool but most umbrellas were broke and leaning and most lounge chairs very dirty, many clean towels and the water perfect temp. I was told from expedia the extra amount would be approx $84 that was not so. I was charged an extra $132.60 when checking out. I asked when i arrived if i could have an extra hour check out but they said i would be charged (no hotel had ever charged mein the pas) so we left on time. Very different from our first stay there and i don't think we will return. I payed for the breakfast in advance which i didn't get discount for one child. Dont think we will return

Poor example of a Hilton

Facilities were in disrepair. Elevators had very rancid odors - probably from carpeting that had spills. I had to reach the front desk to ask an important question about our bags and it was impossible due to the way calls are outsourced to another country that screens the calls. Dropped my calls 5 times and was never allowed to talk to someone at the desk directly. There was a lot of banging and construction that started early in the morning. Not a typical Hilton experience.
