We are locals having to stay at a hotel while our house was being fumigated for termites. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating our late check out needs and got us the best price possible. Really nice room with big dig walking area right outside with nice grass. Everything was conveniently located for our needs.

Es maravilloso, desde que entras la señorita del front desk tiene una gran sonrisa y amabilidad igual que el chico de la tarde noche. Tienes laundry gratis que es súper conveniente. Se malogró la caja donde pones la tarjeta de la llave para entrar a la habitación y no se demoraron ni cinco minutos en venir a arreglarla. Pedí una hora más para poder usar la piscina antes de irnos y me la dieron inmediatamente. La piscina es súper grande y bonita. El servicio de toallas es excelente. Solo puedo decir que el próximo año regreso. Es la primera ves que uso un Hilton. 👏👏👏👏

Such an amazing experience for my family! My daughter is 1 and really enjoyed the resort life. Waking up early exploring the local spots and then time to cool off in the pool. We really appreciated the staff and how accommodating they were for our family and making my daughters 1st Key West trip memorable!

Rooms were filthy, sink was broken, roaches were in the breakfast area, ac was leaking where water was splashing on guests in the dining area, large drunken brawl outside our room, entry/exit to property is very difficult, and manager Jorge seemed to be very unfazed by any of the feedback I provided as it seemed like business as usual. Very disappointed in the overall experience.
