Room was very clean and comfortable. Bonuses were that it opened to a well maintained pool and rooftop patio for people watching !! Excellent location as it is located at the center of Duval St- restaurants and watering holes on both sides of the street. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend- I know we will be back!

Clean rooms.check in was a breeze, wayer pressure in shower not so great but did the job. Hotel.sits in the middle.of Duval but without the noise.we have been here several times and love it

The parking was fine. The greeting at check-in was nice. The request for extra towels was rudely denied. The breakfast was awful - cold coffee and no creamer, no way to heat the pastries. We appreciate the bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve, but we certainly paid for it - $1000 for 2 double beds for one night!!! Great location for our needs, though.

Staff was friendly… hotel in the heart of everything. If you don’t party and go to sleep early ~ TAKE EAR PLUGS, it’s loud till 4am, not to mention the roosters signing at 3am. For the price ~ it’s OK.

Downtown location of this property is really what keeps it going. It’s just an old building that needs some renovation. However, you can hear the late night noise from outside. I’ve stayed in worse condition places, earplugs in and it’s fine for a few nights.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, great location. Jacuzzi was ice cold the whole time we were there. Front desk said they would let maintenance know, but it was never warm for our 5 day stay. Pool was heated though. Over all a great experience and we would stay again.
