Property is nice, horrible smell around via the rotting sea weed on the beach. If you like walking round wifh a beer in hand browsing shops then this is a great location as it is at the start of Duval street. Lots of food options about. Would not call this or any other destinations on the island a beach resort. There is beach but not like the coastline on the mainland. Tv is less than good, smart tv has all options off and the cable is poor, so do not plan on watching much to wind down the evening. But overall nice place, friendly staff and chickens.

Best resort!! My boyfriend just said “ I would say there 100 more times”. The staff was great, upgraded our rooms since it was a big family trip. Walkable distance to everything. Special shoutout the the restaurant chef on the property who cooked us the most unforgettable meal after we brought her a bunch of fresh fish from a fishing trip during the day!!

The property was located near all the attractions. 1.5 blocks from the mile marker. We ate at the restaurant one time. Unfortunately we did not realize that the seaweed has such a sulfur smell—we chose not to eat again at the restaurant. Noting there was nothing the property did wrong. Room was a typical room. Easy access to. Room from where parking was at. City trolley stop number 11 is across the street. Little grocery/deli also across the street.

Pools are always packed with no chairs avaliable after 10am. Beach is a mud playground. Rooms are clean, staff is nice. I was supposed to get a free bottle of wine and 30usd boucher but I didn't bring it up to their attention I wouldn't have gotten it. Parking is $46 per night plus a amenity fee of $50 per night. Good restaurants around the hotel.

If you like a firm bed this is the place for you. Tyey offer 3 different pools. Multiple bars around the pools. An on sight restaurant that is fabs. The staff was great. Met lots of wonderful people.

Hotel is well located, quiet, well maintained. A couple of issues - one of the days of our stay our room was not serviced in spite of the fact that we were out of the room from 10am to 4pm. We called concierge and they brought fresh towels but were unable to do anything else. Also, we had 3 people in our room and in spite of that being on the reservations and mentioning it, we consistently received towels, water, etc for only 2. Otherwise a nice stay in a good location with great access to activities but in a quiet location.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location, as it was close to the action but also being at the end of the street, felt private still. There were a couple things broken in our room, like the blinds and a light in our room and the water pressure was awful, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
