Room and staff where fine but our room was not serviced on Saturday, then on Sunday we were locked out of our rooms at 10am when check out is 11am and had walk back and forth to the front desk twice to get it resolved. There is also now a bunch of stuff for sale now in the lobby and looks more like a gift shop than a resort front desk area. This is our fifth time at the southernmost and our lest impressive .

We went there for our honeymoon, and unfortunately we didn't have the experience we wanted and it fell far short of our expectations. Initially we were put in a room that wasn't the one we booked, where we spent one night, and although we paid for breakfast, we could see people controlling and judging the amount with their eyes. We spent five days there and there was no cleaning service on any of those days. The receptionist and manager who resolved the room issue were friendly and polite and compensated us with a better room. The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the beach was very dirty and had an unpleasant odour, which I believe was due to the seaweed season. Overall, I honestly do not recommend it and will not return.

Very nice staff. While room was nice, there was no dresser for clothes. A suggestion would be to at least put more hooks in bathroom. No place to hang wet suits or towels. No towel racks either. Room not well designed for a weeks stay for clothing storage. But still enjoyed the week and great amenities and location

Parking lot view BIG $$$ with undisclosed fees. Staff will NEVER NEVER answer phone, auto dump to VM. They insist you text all requests, but invariably cannot handle complex issues, so they dump to, you guessed it VM and “Will call”. Still waiting for that 3 days after checkout ! Still also waiting when my Expedia deposit will be applied-mgmt ignores emails too. Great location , but not worth the money because of lack of front desk support. Restaurant staff were great, tho

We loved our stay at Southernmost Beach Resort so much that we added an extra day to our trip! Alan was so helpful in getting us set up initially, and then working out adding another night in the same room. We walked everywhere since the resort is in such a great location and we loved utilizing all the different areas from the pool to the grassy area by the water to the beach. And hanging out with the roosters and iguanas was fun! The live music was very enjoyable. The food at the cafe was great! We will definitely book again!

There is rude receptionist at the desk. There is hidden fees when you check in, that wasn’t mentioned. Parking is outrageous everywhere, fees for parking everywhere. Ride a bike!
