The room was fine. A couple of things - the lamp between the beds needs adjusting and the cover over the light of the ceiling fan is missing. The AC and heat were a bit difficult to adjust. It also would be nice to have a guide for the television. The robes are a nice touch. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Loved the brands for the shower and lotion! You should stock them for sale in your lobby! Best part of staying at your hotel was the proximity to all the fun! We would stay with your hotel again and recommend it to friends.

Great location! The rooms were updated. (We had a few problems that we brought to the attention of the staff and they were quickly addressed.) We paid extra for a balcony view, however it looked over the roof of another part of the hotel... No street view, no pool view, no beach view. With that said, we didnt go to Key West to stay in our room. Great beach next to property that offered chairs for guests and 3 pools gave us plenty to do while at the resort. I would definitely recommend!

The location, room, and amenities were all very good. An area for improvement would be the friendliness of the staff. Some were very good, but there were staff that seemed bothered by us ordering food and drinks. We showed up a the cafe bar 20 minutes before 9 and a lady (seemed like a manager) didn't even greet us. She just said over and over that the kitchen is closing and we are lucky to be able to get food since the chef made an exception. For a hotel that is $600++ a night, the service should have been way better. The bartender at the pool bar was not friendly at all either. The friendlies staff member was the male bartender on Saturday night and the beach chair guy.
