We were put in a room right next to the bar. The amplified music played until midnight, making sleep impossible. We asked repeatedly to have our room changed, which they refused, because the motel was fully booked. After a mostly sleepless night, we asked for a full refund, which the manager granted us, after some discussion. Other than the noise, the room was adequate, though very dated. Beware of Room 19!

We didn't have hot water in bathroom sink or shower. Reported this an then got hot water in shower, but still not in sink. There was a bar next door to room that played loud music until 11pm. Also air conditioner didn't work well...

After paying $200 resort fee (not a resort), they added $150 for a deposit and decided to keep that too. The room is worse than a Motel 6, but there are basically no cheaper hotels unless you stay miles away. Absolutely not worth that much on a weekday.
Toilet is at a 45 degree angle because that's how small the bathroom is. Extremely dirty room, but they kept the deposit anyway.

The staff was great, very courteous and helpful. The room needs some attention. Bathroom sink too low and small and faucet needs replaced. Both faucets in shower need replaced. It was very hard to maintain constant water temperature while showering. It would have been helpful to have had more storage for clothes rather than "living out of the suitcase."

Room very tired, initially the shower wasn’t hot, maintenance called, temperature sorted but no water pressure. The room was next to a bar so very loud music until around midnight. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel, the only good thing was the location, walking distance to Duval Street

Not sure why this place charges a “resort fee” upon check in (I was charged $156 for three nights). This is an old motel with many upgrades and improvements needed. My positive is that everyone at the front desk was helpful and friendly

The room was very nice and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was so quick and easy with very friendly employees. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good choices. The location was great with easy walk or bike ride to most things.
