Book this property by accident thinking it was the southern Meadow Beach resort. This property was OK just not great. Probably won’t stay here again though. The showers had mold in them. The AC did not work very well. They did have a happy hour every day and breakfast every day but that’s not enough to get us to come back.

Very old and not kept good! The shower had black mold looking on grout! Paint bubbling up on walls! Ac was old in the wall one that dripped condensation! The ceiling fan constantly turned off and the light would randomly come on in the middle of the night! No light in the closet and no door! Hardly any room for anything! Also the property is far away from everything on Duval street! Would definitely not recommend it! I would never stay here again!

The main house was cute and charming. They provided free Starbucks coffee which was so nice! The pools were cool and shady. Our room was in the house next door on the 2nd floor and the bad thing was there was no elevator. The room was small but nice and clean. The king bed was very comfy. The tv didn't change channels unfortunatley. Overall it was a great place to stay if you want on the quieter side of Key West.

this property was the perfect choice for our 2 day stay in Key West. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, and 1 block over from Duval Street. Shopping and restaurants were close by. Parking was one block over with a $25.00 a day charge. However there is a happy hour with wine, cheese and crackers and continental breakfast. The hotel staff was polite and answered all our questions. The room was perfect with a balcony that led to the pool.

Older but has character and very functional

Very cute hotel. We had a balcony type deck that was quite nice and the location was great since we could walk to the Southern-most point and to the busier night life area, but it was still quiet enough to not be disturbed. The only somewhat weird thing would be that the front office closes at a certain time and doesn't open before 8am. Not sure if this is common in the keys, just a bit weird to have to wait to check out. Bed was also a little uncomfortable and the mattress was older. All in all though, a very quaint room for the keys anyway.

Upon checking in the front desk receptionist was very rude. She kept disappearing and the manager had to help us with our bag storage until check in. She would even stay in the back office while people were approaching the desk. There was no room service during our stay and I had to take my own trash out of the room every day. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want self service for outrageous prices!

Could use a microwave in room, bathroom needed updated, parking should be included with the price, not extra. The 8 o’clock breakfast time is ridiculous. It should be 6am or 6:30 at the latest.
