Due to extremely delayed flights, we arrived at 1am and was still accommodated by a sweet lady Sarah. Having a private pool and beach is a nice option for a relaxing day! No matter which room you choose the views/courtyard/property is well taken care of, private yet close to where the action is if your looking for it!

Fantastic!!

We loved it! Snorkeled at the hotel beach everyday. Ate at the beach restaurant regularly (and drank!!) went to chart room, pool etc. all were fantastic. Ocean front room - very nice and great view.

First impression was not good. We were checked in by Levi who doesn’t appear to like his job. We asked for a high floor and was told no even though Colleen told me over the phone that she would put in for us to get a high floor. He put us on the first floor and when we got to our room, we noticed the sliding door didn’t lock. The front part did lock; however, the rear did not. Levi did end up moving us to the 2nd floor; however, when we came back down and told him thank you, he said “nothing was wrong with the lock in your room” he made it seem like we were lying; however, he only checked the front of the slider not the back. Nobody wants a room on the first floor that doesn’t lock. After that, things did get better. The property is clean. This is not modern, so if you are looking for modern, this probably isn’t for you. It is more beachy. The concierge Lee is SUPER friendly and VERY helpful. He was able to tell us all about tours and golf carts and even book them for us. He knows a LOT about the area and made it so easy to find all the fun things to do. I would stay here again! 4 star instead of 5 because of the first impression as it sets the tone for the stay!

Beautiful hotel & grounds. Check in was easy but got vague directions to our room (which was across the property) and no offer to help with our bags. All staff were pleasant with the exception the beach/towel attendants. Beach waitresses were amazing & friendly, always checking on drink refills. Room was pretty & clean with the exception of the teeny tiny bugs on the night stand. We only kept water there in closed bottles. They went after coffee spills, so we noticed less if we kept that area clear of anything edible it wasn’t as bad. Only had breakfast there but it was delicious!

This resort location is fantastic and close to everything. The resort is lively but also quiet and allows the opportunity to get away from the noise of Duval if desired. The private beach and beach bar amenities were a major highlight. We will be back!
