All condos the same?

We were booked at Aspen Ridge but were checked in to Quicksilver. The pool was an indoor one and looked clean and well maintained. Our unit was sort of dark but had higher ceilings than expected and was laid out well.

Ski trip with husband

At first we were given a room at St. John which only had 2 twin beds. We went back to registration and they said it was part of the same complex. When we said our registration showed a queen bed, they were very helpful and switched us to a room at Lakeside with a queen bed. It was a little outdated, but the location was great for us and we got to ski and be outside.

The condo was great. Spacious, well maintained. The Pool House was disgusting. Standing water everywhere. Pool deck drains clogged. Sauna did not work properly, door did not close securely. Corridors, bathroom, pool area all had standing water. No pool towels. Several people came in, asking if we saw any towels. Apparently, they may have been in the condo, instead of the pool area, but we never saw any. Paths to the Pool House were not shoveled, so we had to drive around, walking would have been confined to the narrow road.

Very good location, but unit in need of serious updating. While it appeared clean, need new mattress, chairs falling apart... carpet ... well. I received a very quick (and broken / hard to understand) message as I srive about late check in.... figured it out.. but wasn't clear. (Yes was hidden in email which I found later).

We love the condo, clean and great condition. Communication was bad. They sent us to 2 different address, we couldn’t even find those address. Waist lot of time calling them and trying to find the right address.

Easy transport to Keystone on shuttle. Property is safe and close to everything. Little efficiency was usable and clean. Shower did not drain so water was ankle high by showers end. Bed was rock hard and very old which was not great.
