Lovely and spacious, renovated with a private pool

This beautifully crafted Charleston beach home just underwent a renovation in Summer 2019 expanding it to 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is located on gorgeous Kiawah Island, just a short drive from the gate of the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation. It`s the perfect family getaway to experience all that Kiawah has to offer: tennis, golfing, biking, fishing, water sports, wildlife, and more. This popular home features modern furnishings, expansive bedrooms, and a private pool. It is the ideal combination of relaxation and fun for any group of travelers.

The first floor of the home was entirely redesigned to highlight the bright, spacious floor plan that makes entertaining and relaxing throughout the living, kitchen, and dining areas a breeze. The main living room sports contemporary, comfortable furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and an abundance of windows allowing for plenty of natural light. The open, fully-equipped kitchen consists of all needed cookware, an abundance of counter-top space and cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances. The large dining area has a gorgeous wood table and seating for eight guests. There are also three bar stools for additional seating.

Three of the six bedrooms are located on the first level of the home. The grand master suite (Bedroom #1) is comprised of a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private master bathroom with his and her sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. This room also has a private open sitting area that features a sofa-bed and access to the back patio and pool. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) contains two twin beds, private bathroom, and direct access to the back patio and pool. The third bedroom on this level (Bedroom #3) has a king bed and private bathroom as well.

Heading up the newly installed staircase to the second floor of the home, you’ll discover that the home’s recent expansion and renovation offers three more bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. At the end of the hallway, the fourth bedroom (Bedroom #4) has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The fifth middle bedroom (Bedroom #5) has a queen bed and shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with the final bedroom (Bedroom #6), which has a full-size bed. All rooms are equipped with a TV. The laundry room area is also on the second floor of the home.

Step outside and you`ll find the home`s most exciting feature: the stunning back deck with private pool. Pool can be heated for an additional $175 per day, four day minimum. Enjoy morning coffee in a rocking chair, grill out with friends and dine outside at the patio table, sunbathe in a poolside lounge chairs, or just relax in the pool and enjoy the beauty and nature of Kiawah Island.

No smoking, no pets, and no events allowed, no exceptions will be made.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required..
