My stay at Gloria hotel Kigali was comfortable, the service was very good and the employees are all respectful, diligent and professional. They are promp with delivery of service and eager to help,they are friendly too. The food is good, I very much enjoyed the cooked food. I have made a request to Expedia for refund as I could only stay for one out of the seven nights for which I paid before arrival. I was kept in a room without air conditioning and without windows that can be opened. I felt unsafe and could not sleep hence the need to check out on the first morning. Till now, I have got no response whatsoever from Expedia while Gloria Hotel rightly stated that they need to hear from Expedia before processing a refund for the six unused nights.
