Kihei Bay Vista on matalan nousun saarten tyyli monimutkainen pitkältä hiekkarannalta rannalta. Ranta on täydellinen kävelyretkille, auringonlaskun katseluun tai vain rentoutumiseen. Tiettyinä aikoina se on suosittu paikka katsella kite surfers aallot ja purjehtia ilmassa! Huoneisto on hiljattain päivitetty ja puhdas. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ja helppo valmistaa aterian valmistukseen. Makuuhuoneessa on katedraalin katot, suuri ikkuna saaren tuulille ja queen-size-vuode. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, jossa on muistivaahtopatja. Huoneessa on taulutelevisio ja ilmainen WiFi. Kylpyhuone uudistettiin vuonna 2018. Kaunis uima-allasalue sopii erinomaisesti rentoutumiseen trooppisessa auringonpaisteessa. Olohuoneessa on ilmastointiyksikkö ja huoneistossa pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Kihei Bay Vista on lähellä Kihein ostoskeskuksia ja ravintoloita. Huippupaikalla loma Mauissa!

The host was absolutely wonderful, She always responded in a timely manner. The condo was very clean stocked with amenities. And we left the condo just as clean as we found it. We always have good experience staying at these condos and always try to stay here every time we come to Maui.

The room was big and spacious. The air conditioning worked good. The carpets were a bit old and could be updated. I would recommend it as it was very quiet with only birds chirping you a friendly hello!

Have stayed in this unit before. Only issue was the water. When you flushed the toilet the water pressure dropped to a dribble. My son thinks the water valve isn't open all the way. He lives on Maui and is a plumber. May want to adjust before renting again. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

We had stayed in this unit previously, so we knew exactly what we were getting. This unit is value priced and not fancy but gives you exactly what you need. Location is amazing; it's a very quiet complex, with a lovely beach that is just across the street. The complex is centrally located for going anywhere on the island and is a short drive to shops and restaurants in Kihei. If you are looking for basic inexpensive unit this is it!

Let’s start with the good!!! We loved the property, very clean! The staff there took a lot a pride in keeping the place looking good! Walking to beaches was close and the beaches were very nice! Great location. The condo had everything we needed, from kitchen stuff to beach gear!! It was clean, little outdated but other than that it was great. Now for the bad, which isn’t even really bad. 1. The bedroom gets way to HOT! Fans didn’t help much. So my husband and I had to sleep on the couch pull out. Which wasn’t exactly the most comfortable thing in the world. But we made due. The kids slept in the bedroom a few nights but it was even to hit for them so they slept on the floor in the living room. They are 7 so it wasn’t to horrific for them. Next the tv. We got there and the tv didn’t work. Which I know in Hawaii who really needs tv, but after a long day of traveling and nights it kinda entertaining for the kids. The guy from the property management brought us a tv (from his own house) the next afternoon. He said the people before us had the same issue with the tv. My last issue was everyone else around us checked in at 2, we weren’t allowed check in till 4 and arrived in Maui at 11. We asked for earlier check out and we’re told no. However in the condo binder it said checkout was at 11 and checking was at 2pm and they were very strict on the times. Guess that’s only for checking out. But overall the place was great, I would stay there again, but would request early check in.

Several maintenance and housecleaning issues: TV stand not dusted in weeks; Bdrm curtain couldn't be opened (severely restricting open window circulation in bedroom (a fan helped some) and window A/C in living room was only minimally helpful in bcrm); wall outlet was uncovered and very loose; headboard on bed was badly worn and scratched. Arrived on Friday evening, Called Bello reality 1st thing Saturday morning, left voice message, called again Sunday morning, again no return call. They called me Monday and said repair on the outlet and curtain would occur Tues (curtain couldn't be repaired on Tues - broken beyond repair and some parts missing) and Housekeeping would dust and vacuum on Wed (we left wed). Other minor stuff like loose remote control hanging brackets, etc) Additionally, no chair(s) in living room, only couch (did contain 2 high top chairs for the bar at the kitchen); TV is very punny in size (I didn't expect a 65", but 25" is not adequate); No shampoo provided (was a bottle of body wash); Kitchen well stocked with plates, silverware, pots/pans but minimally stocked spices and condiments; no bathmat in the shower room. Generally, minimally decorated. Our stay in Maui was wonderful. I didn't expect luxury accommodations, but it was only moderately acceptable. If we hadn't been out all day, only returning for bed, it would not have been comfortable.

Another great experience!

This was my second stay at this location, and it did not disappoint again! I even kept the reservation when we were told that the pool was scheduled to be closed for maintenance during our trip because these condos check all of the boxes. It was a great surprise that the pool closure was actually postponed, and we got to enjoy the pool after all. I will definitely be back to Maui for a 4th time and these condos will be at the top of my list. Everything was easy, clean, and convenient.

Quiet, cozy, right by the beach

This place went beyond our expectations. I felt right at home. The temperature of the condo was great, and the water heated up quick. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to beach items. We loved having the beach chairs to take with us to the beach. The beach right across the condo had meany sea turtles and during the right season you can even see whales breaching. The location was right off the main road of Kihei, was to access and just a few minutes from the main grocery stores/shops/restaurants. It is also locate off the main highways to get to other parts of the island. If I ever go back to Maui I would stay here again.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay at the condo. Condo has everything you need. Nothing fancy but it worked well for the 4 of us. Nice central location. Beach is a short walk away. Bedroom doesn’t cool very well since the unit has one AC in the living room. We did have to purchase another fan to help cool the bedroom. We left the fan so hopefully it can stay in the unit and help the next guest. Unit was clean. Check in was easy, even able to check in a bit early (thank you!). Communication with property manager was good. Overall great value for the price.
