This condo has a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room which allow this unit to accommodate up to four (4) people. There is an open floor plan where the fully equipped kitchen opens up to dining and living areas. There are two private lanais, one off of the living room and one off of the bedroom. Flooring is a mixture of carpet and tile.

Fun time in Kihei

The condo was perfect for our stay on Maui. It was centrally located. Staying in a condo works out great for us, allowing us to prepare meals and relax at "home" after a day of snorkeling or hiking.

Renter Beware

This unit looks great in the photos online but renters beware! The sofa sleeper mattress is in such poor condition it is unusable. All of the linens need to be replaced, the kitchen is so minimally stocked it is difficult to cook (not one pan available to put in the oven), the lampshades are filthy and stained, the bathroom fixtures need to be updated as they are caked in what looks to be mineral buildup. This unit needs to be taken off the rental market to be painted, replace all linens, replace the old, stained draperies, purchase decent plates and kitchen items, buy new lamp shades, replace the sofa sleeper, replace the area carpet in the living room, toss out the old, dusty plastic plants, and update the seventies art. On the plus side the unit itself is large and quiet and it has a washer and dryer.
