Relax on your ground floor lanai (patio) while gazing out to the Pacific Ocean. Take a step off your lanai, onto the well-manicured lawn, then a few steps away you will be on the beach with sand between your toes. The warm Pacific Ocean awaits. You are in the ultimate Beachside Getaway!

This one-bedroom condo has a queen bed in the bedroom, allowing this condo to accommodate up to two (2) people. The bathroom is just off of the bedroom. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer for your convenience. This is your home away from home, but this home is oceanfront!

Sugar Beach Resort is an Ocean Front property in North Kihei. Sitting on 4.2 acres of Ocean Front prime real estate, you can’t beat this location. All of the condos have central Air Conditioning and laundry facilities in the condo. Each Building has elevators available. There is an on-site eatery called Dina’s Sandwitch, Café & Bar. The Sugar Beach Resort features a Pool area with one swimming pool, one wading pool, one hot tub, and seating options for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The BBQ grilling area is located just outside the pool area. The property also features a putting green and a formal dress shop.

January getaway

We stayed at Sugar Beach resort in 2016 but a different unit. We have been trying to find a time to come back for a while and jumped at the chance for another ocean front stay. The location is perfect. Away from the crowds and resorts, but close enough to head into Kihei for breakfast, etc. It's great to have your own private beach steps from your lanai.

Beautiful Getaway Escape

This is our second stay at sugar beach and it did not disappoint. We LOVED that this was a ground floor unit with super easy access to the beach. More updated than the unit we stayed at the previous year, and stocked with anything you need for an extended stay. Sugar beach is beautiful, affordable and conveniently located, but not in the middle of all the “hustle and bustle” We are already ready to schedule our next stay!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views

We rented this condo for our 25th wedding anniversary and completely enjoyed our stay. It was clean, nicely decorated, has an excellent location to the beach, easy to get to from the parking lot, and had all the amenities we needed. The location made it easy to get to many attractions and some very nice beaches. The concierge service was a big help in making recommendations and planning our adventures. If we ever get a chance to return to Maui, we will be sure to stay here again.
