Hell hole of a converted best western. The staff was a single robot indian worker reading a script. Keys are handled through your text. Recent changes in knobs made it so the deadbolts couldn't lock. Place was dirty and smelly. Blinds didnt close all the way. Sink was in the bedroom. Bathroom was so small i hardly fit. AC leaked and was insanely loud. Parking was limited. Will never return.

The property gave us what we paid for. We wanted a reasonable rate on a room close to the water. The room wasn’t nice, but the staff was friendly and the location was perfect. It was good for a quick overnight trip to the beach, but I wouldn’t want to stay there for several nights. I thought it was good for the price.

The first front desk guy I spoke on the phone the night before check in was pleasant. They do not have front desk staff after hours but a video tablet. The layout of the facility was confusing as they have a whole separate building across and down the street which is where our room was. We got in and saw mold in the bathroom and on the painting frames above the bed! The furniture was damaged liked it was from a thrift store. There was a phone but it was not even hooked in to the wall! The mattresses were very hard. We asked for a late check out but got locked out of our rooms even though we were approved. We called at the desk and they gave us a new code however no apologies or customer service. Overall was not impressed.

Less than a minute Quick easy access to the beach. Quiet area, everything was easy and convenient. Shops and restaurants are all close by. Our room was very clean. Enjoyed breakfast, they had eggs, sausage Pattie’s, sausage links, pancakes, biscuits sausage and gravy, English muffins, sliced bread to make toast, bagels, doughnuts, and cereal, and plenty of condiments along with coffee, tea, orange juice and milk. Only complaint would be parking, parking lot is pretty tight and doesn’t help that some people wanna park that don’t have a room. Would suggest parking passes and enforcing towing

It started really bad with a bad desk associate. Having to wait until 3 to check in someone else was there and he said she had only 2 days left to work. Others also told me she was rude to them. After that it went great. I had a problem with a snell of dope coming in our room and others also complained. The one girl moved us into a different room and had been aware of the situation earlier. She was wonderful. I would stay there again and it was all good towards the end. I can’t blame the place on 1 persons rudeness. Everyone else was very accommodating

Perfect spot for a few nights at the beach. Right on the beach!!! The staff are excellent, very accommodating and friendly The rooms on one side are a little older but very clean and modern inside. Parking at times can be an issue but overall very safe and quiet. The pool was a nice bonus!! Will definitely stay again!

Unfortunately this property is in desperate need of repair. Staircases are falling apart, are not well lid and everything smells mildly moldy. The rooms are eqipped with a toilet plunger and a broom and you are expected to use both (we had to). Location is great with ample parking and warm breakfast served daily.

The property is undergoing renovations and there were some noticeable issues with ongoing projects but the room was very nice and the staff were very accommodating. The pool was a nice escape from the ocean waves. Wish the pool had been open after dark. Overall a very nice escape and we plan on returning for another stay probably in the off-season as well as next year.

When we went into the office to check in there were people waiting and only one desk clerk. She said here, check in with (whatever) which was an Ipad with a person that did not speak English. We had to ask the clerk questions anyways so kind of a waste of time. Then we got our room number and it was 504. We went outside and there were 2 buildings with 3 stories, no 5. We went back inside and were told we were in a building across the street! That would have been nice to know.

At soonest we got the keys we didn't unload, we just checked the rooms and we didn't settle in until we decided which room we were going to choose, the 3 families that we were going to have. The problem began while walking down the hall then the first room smelled strongly of humidity, the bathroom was not very clean, the second and third rooms smelled like cigarettes (marijuana), none of the rooms were as shown in the photos (expectation vs reality) and we asked for help with cleaning, unfortunately there was no staff, they asked us to wait the next day but part of my family are asthmatics and could not stay in those conditions. So we had to cancel. In the buildings they had signs that said no smoking but in most of the rooms you could see many people smoking and I do not mean one or two but several people and the hallways had terrible smells, after a 7 hour trip tired, hungry hoping to relax and enjoy our stay and found the opposite view wasn't worth it so we had to pay extra for a last minute hotel, what a shame

Pictures are terribly misleading and false advertising. This place should be condemned. The building was falling apart from the outside in. Water leaking and pooling all over the walkways and stairs. Dirty trays sitting under AC units and leaking all over. The beds were tiny and felt like laying on a cardboard box. The towels and sheets felt like sandpaper. Bugs in the rooms dirty laundry and trash littered outside the room. Sink cracked, shower had a bad spackle job, toilet barely flushed. No soap in dispensers, no Kleenex in container and 1 half used roll of toilet paper with brown stains on it. No batteries in remotes for tv and AC unit and tv left on upon checking in the room and AC was freezing. Forced to unplug everything from the wall. Everytime I turned around I found more issues with the stay. Would never stay here again and will be sure to let others know. They should be ashamed of themselves for the pictures they have advertising themselves it looks nothing like the accommodations we were sold.
