We had oceanfront view which was why we chose this hotel. The view was stunning and it was easy to walk to places. The downside was it was dirty, overpriced, outdated, the shower pressure was low, and staff wasn’t helpful with the beach rentals.

Great location, hotel a bit dated but overall clean. Maid service was inconsistent and the Tiki Restaurant closed most if our stay. It was open only a few hours late in day and completely closed Sunday and Monday.

During my recent visit, my initial interaction with the first staff member was pleasant and professional. However, when I later returned to the reception, I encountered another staff member whose customer service was unacceptable. I inquired about the possibility of changing rooms and mentioned that I had three rooms booked. At first, the receptionist confirmed it would be possible, but then informed me that only two rooms were available, and finally stated that there was availability for just one. I politely responded that it would be better to leave the reservations as they were. Unfortunately, at this point, the receptionist’s attitude changed. She appeared visibly upset, looked at me in a disrespectful manner, and when addressing me, her tone became unprofessional.

The staff was wonderful. Our bed needed repairs and the condition of everything needs replacing. The air conditioner functioned poorly and the double pane windows had condensation and stains between the glass so it couldn’t be cleaned and totally blocked the view we paid for.
