Located in the neighborhood right across the street from Pico Resort, this cozy, six-bedroom home is perfect for your next family vacation. Perfectly laid out with king bedrooms on the upper-level, twin bedrooms on the lower level, and full bathrooms on every level, there is plenty of room between the adults and kids for maximum privacy. There is a Ping-Pong table in the heated garage to not disturb someone who wants to just relax with a book in front of the fire. After a day exploring the slopes or hiking trails, you can take a soak in the hot tub on the porch or the jetted tub in the main level bathroom.

Killington is filled with everything you need for your Vermont vacation. In the cold, winter months, you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding at Pico or Killington, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing in the Gifford Woods State Park or fat bike riding at Pinehill Park in Rutland. In the summer months, there is hiking along the Thundering Falls trail, Long Trail and, Appalachian Trail which is only a short walk from the home. There is also kayaking, swimming, and stand-up paddleboarding at one of the many lakes and ponds in the Killington and Ludlow areas. If you are with the kiddos, the Pico-Killington Adventure Center is a great place for them to enjoy the summer day while having a great time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
