Warning: This Day’s Inn should avoided at all cost. The staff and managers are liers and do not look out for their customers. We booked for a non-smoking room but when we got to our room, I realized they gave us a dirty, smelly smoking room. I went back to the counter and complained. Intead of resolving the issue, they lied to us saying that’s what we booked, so I showedt our receipt that we booked for a non-smoking. Then they told us there’s no available room. It was late and we were tired. They told us they will move us to a non-smoking the next day.
Both my wife and I got sick that night due to the smell and the nastiness of the room. The towels so dirty it was brown, the sheets were full of hair, and the carpet was so sticky that you know bacteria was all over.
The next morning, we went again to the counter and made sure they will move us to a non-smoking room. The staff guaranteed us that we will be moved to a non-smoking room and even told us to remove all our things from that room so when we come back, they’ll give us the room key for another room. I should have not made the assumption that they will do what they promised when they already lied to us at the very start.
