Great place to stay with convenient access to the 401. Their complimentary breakfast is far above what one would expect at this price point. The pool area can get a little hectic because this is a family friendly hotel. My only suggestion is that they enforce the rule regarding the minimum age for hot tub use. Maybe informing families upon check-in about the house rules would make that area more enjoyable.

Wanted a night away with the kids. The pool and hot tub were great, front desk staff was so kind. There’s a great hot chocolate machine available mt kids loved. Free parking and breakfast included. This was a great stay. We will def be back.

Expedia customers are given poor rooms here

This hotel didn’t seem to really want Expedia (hotels.com) visitors. Seemed pretty empty and I asked for a quiet room but they still put us just off the lobby. Next to the back door. So… we had to hear every late night arrival and every early morning breakfast eater. Not cool. The room was fine quite passable, in need of a refresh for sure. Pool was clean and extremely trustworthy.

Came for the included breakfast and hot tub.

Second time here. Stay for one night, to visit family. Basically came here for the included breakfast and the hot tub. The 2 times I was there, there was a hockey league that weekend, so the place was full of kids with their hockey sticks - a bit rowdy, and a bit of littering. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. Oh... parking was sparse.

The front desk personnel were fantastic and accommodating. The property itself has seen better days. Very run down rooms (stains in bathtub, toilet) extremely loud AC/Heat fans. Elevator buttons are mismatched and the elevator itself seems outdated.

Clean, nice property. Hard to reach the front desk (15 minutes on hold) which is not the staff’s fault but likely due to understaffing as the front desk clerk was very apologetic but was having to multitask. Otherwise highly recommend staying here.

Snow storm was bad. So we decided to stop. We walked into the lobby. My wife took out her phone and proceeded to book a room through Expedia. Unfortunately she booked the next day. We went to check and 90 minutes later and an additional charge and we had a room. Expedia never did email us the booking. Then the fire alarm went off. No fire, thank goodness. But a kids hockey tournament and birthday party, set off a smoke detector. Fire trucks arrived and we waited again.
