Our room was not the cleanest. There was a large, dead bug on our floor covered in lint, coffee splattered all over wall and microwave near coffee pot, moldy caulk in bathroom. There was a ceiling leaking in the cafe near the front desk. Our room smelled like a nursing home. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the moisture level in the entire room was high. A neighboring room had a dog barking all day and night. Luckily, we were only in our room to shower and sleep. Our room was not cleaned until we asked for housekeeping and fresh towels. Front desk did give us breakfast vouchers.

Had some trouble with the TV, but fixed quickly by the staff. Room door had some problem off and on reported that at checkout. Every thing else was fine and the staff very helpful as always. Thanks to you all.

I didn’t like that the bar closes at 10pm. Also there is no breakfast included in the stay. You need to pre purchase a meal voucher or pay as you go. Only 2nd hotel I ever stayed at that doesn’t provide free breakfast.
