Customer service at the front desk was very unwelcoming. Every employee we approached with an easy question, for example, "Where is the closest restroom?" the employee didn't know the answer. The atmosphere was great, very engaging because of the guests, but the service was surprisingly the worst I've had in a very long time.

The Hard Rock Tower was nice, with modern rooms and comfortable beds. My only complaint is that there are a LOT of reviews that say this is a "family friendly" hotel and it is anything but that. There is nowhere for a family to go to enjoy the hotel. I understand that I should have realized that by booking at a Casino; I'm obviously aware that children are not allowed on the floor, but they also are not welcomed in the restaurants/ sports bars. I know this to be a fact because I asked the concierge and she looked at my like I was an idiot to think I could take my 12 year-old to a restaurant to watch the Texas/Georgia game. I'm only writing this review to help other families from making the same mistake.

Everything went well checking in and checking out, the room was very clean and spotless. Chocolate chip cookies given out with check in and out, a little guitar chocolates on our pillows. Everything was perfect.
