Front desk staff was great and was able to accommodate my early check in request. I was not pleased with housekeeping. The bed was made, but other things in the room were consistently missed; no bath mat towel one day, in a 4 day stay they never restocked the coffee in the room. I had to get the coffee and cups from the front desk. We've stayed here before and had a good experience. Not sure what happened this time. Mentioned the issue to front desk 3 times, but behavior continued throughout our stay.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.Sachin the front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpfull and very professional he helped me with a few things and was a delight. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location downtown Neenah where there was lots of great restaurants and stores on main Street just a short wk from hotel..I would recommend Staying at Double tree Neenah location to my friends and Callings

I've stayed here multiple times recently each time with my dog and when I made the reservation I was sure to put that I had a dog yet they put me in the worst possible room on the second floor next to the stairs and ice machine looking out at their heating and cooling unit 5 ft out the window on the roof of the first floor I was going to look past that except when I put the "do not disturb" sign on my door housekeeping still came in. Towels were replaced. I was there 2 nights. I had a lot of monies worth of gem mint collectibles in the room and don't appreciate them entering when I ask them not to.
