Ylellinen 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuoneen uima-altaan huvila Villassa Poipu Kaiissa on täydellinen paikka rentoutua, jättää huolesi kotiin ja kokea unohtumattoman Kauain loma.



CONDO
Ostimme äskettäin tämän ylellisen 1600 neliön jalkaisen huvilan, joka sijaitsee upeassa yksityisessä boutique-lomakeskuksessa, jossa on kaikki mukavuudet. Kaikki kolme makuuhuonetta ovat erittäin tilavia ja niissä on oma kylpyhuone, joka tarjoaa kaikille yksityisyyden. Me rakastui korkeat katot, tilava pohjaratkaisu, korkeatasoiset laitteet, regal-sisustus ja toivomme myös!

Tee olosi kotoisaksi gourmet-keittiössä, jossa on graniitti työtaso ja SubZero-jääkaappi. Pysy viileänä keski-ilmassa tai avaa taitto-lasiovet laajentaaksesi olohuoneen ulkona nauttimaan suuresta katetusta lanaiista, jota ympäröi vehreä trooppinen puutarha.

Mikä parasta, toiminnasta puuttuu. Huoneiston kulman sijainti tarjoaa helpon pääsyn uima-altaalle ja BBQ-alueelle, ja ranta on helppo 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Tarjoamme uima-altaan ja rantaleluja, jotta voit keskittyä hauskaa!



VAPAUKSET
• Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode. Master kylpy on kaksinkertainen pesuallas, kävellä suihku ja erillinen kylpyamme
     • Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode. Oma kylpyhuone on kävelemässä suihkussa
     • Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Pyynnöstä ne voidaan muuntaa kuninkaaksi. Kolmannessa kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi

Meidän huoneisto on osa The Villas at Poipu Kai, uudempi boutique Resort, jossa on uima-allas, vesiputous kylpylä, kuntosali, klubitalo ja pääsy tenniskenttiä. Itsepysäköinti on täydentävää.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Poipu Kai Tennis Center. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla kuntokeskus, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

Family Vacation

Exceptional Stay

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The condo was spotless at check in. It was without a doubt the most well equipped place we’ve stay at. We couldn’t get our 3 year old granddaughter out of the pool which was right out the door. It’s just a short walk down to the beach. Our family wants to return next year.

Beautiful

We had 3 adult couples stay at Dominica’s place. It was wonderful, excellent location, easy walk to the beach, right next to the pool!! We hit Costco when we arrived and made a lot of meals at the condo. The grill area was handy. Snorkeling at Poipu beach was great! We would definitely book this place again! Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!!

Amazing stay at Sandy Palms Villa

Sandy Palms Villa was the perfect place for our family of five. The kids (and parents!) loved the easy walk down to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach. It was so nice to have access to multiple beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards - as well as a wagon to haul it all down to the beach! The whole family also took advantage of the beautiful pool and jacuzzi - with access right off our lanai it couldn't have been more convenient. Same with the BBQs - we grilled three of our six nights and each day the property staff had them cleaned and ready to go. My teens also took advantage of the fitness center, and appreciated the ability to work out in the air conditioning! We loved being able to open up nearly the entire wall to the lanai, and enjoy the light breeze coming in. And when it got a little too hot, having the AC was marvelous. The villa was well stocked and we appreciated having the little things - tissues, paper towels, plastic wrap, etc. And there was enough dishware and flatware for the five of us for several meals. The villa is in a very convenient location - walk to the Grand Hyatt and Kalapaki Joe's, short drive to shopping, and easy drives for exploring the whole south side of the island. And the communication from the owner was excellent - timely and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy and convenient getaway

Our group fit very comfortable in this 3 bedroom. We used the kitchen and grill for several meals. We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The owners were very attentive to all of our needs.

Poipu Beach

The property is located within walking distance of the beach. Beds are comfortable however sheets are micro fibre not cotton therefore very hot feel when sleeping. Property is lower level, very very noisy with tenants in the unit above. Some Kitchen pots are not matched, no lids that fit. Only one beach towel per guest should be at least two. Indicated there was a cooler bag in the unit, there was none, reached out to property manager but got little help in resolving issue. Unit was spacious with a comfortable layout.

Excellent stay

Well maintained property. Recommend getting restaurant reservations well in advance of your arrival. Used ResortPass.com to book a day at the Grand Hyatt pools nearby and it was well worth it.

Fantastic vacation!

Our family of four really had a great time staying for almost a week at this property. The location couldn't be better with easy access to multiple beaches. The grills that we used for cooking were just in the courtyard by the pool...very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils/pots/pans. Vacation with no luggage for 3 days

Our vacation was amazing except due to a snowstorm n Calgary AB Canada our luggage did not join us for 3 days after we arrived. The property was everything that the photos had showed. Very spacious, clean and we did not want for anything except maybe more sunshine. Thank you!

Absolutely Perfect

Sandy Palms Villa is absolutely gorgeous. Our family of 5, ranging in age from 22 to 73, fell in love with this villa. Not only was it beautiful & had every possible thing you would need, but it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. VRBO & the owners of the villa made the reservation process simple & easy. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property!

This property worked perfectly for our short stay in Poipu. We were a party of 6 - four adults and two teen aged girls - 14 and 17 years. The interior layout of the bedrooms gave each person a sufficient level of privacy and the blackout shades were much appreciated. The shared indoor and outdoor space worked for everyone. The location was excellent as we were close to the green belt path and we were able to walk to the beach and also take longer walks throughout the vast property. All the provided amenities were excellent. The only downside is that it was not made clear that the entrance to the condo was a fair distance from the parking area and as one of our party was walking impaired, that presented some challenges getting him back and forth to the car. But we managed it and he was able to enjoy some time away from the condo. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in such a lovely place

Fabulous Poipu Condo

We had a fabulous time in Kauai and the condo was fantastic. Everything was clean and the space worked well for our family of 5 as well as a couple other family members that decided to join us. The pool located just off the lanai was perfect for the kids who swam every day and the overall location of the condo was very convienent for everything on the South side of the island.
