Fantastic location within walking distance to the Market Square. Even though it’s an older, established hotel, the rooms feel well maintained, large, and very clean. We loved the big, delicious breakfast, especially the variety of option and fresh bread (plus gluten-free options if you ask!). The staff was super helpful, and the stay was perfect.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, they showed us to our room and provided us with plenty of information about our stay. As we were checking out in the early hours they even offered us a breakfast bag so that we didn’t miss out. The hotel is just off of the main market square and served as a great base for exploring. We couldn’t hear any of the noise that other reviews speak of. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow.

Our room was clean and large. Very comfortable. It was nice to have a couch to sit on occasion. The bed was comfortable. The location can't be beat! We will definitely stay here again when we return!
