It was appalling that the toilet flush was so inefficient. It could barely flush, and we had to hold the flush button for at least 5 long seconds before anything vanishes down the sewage. This is very shocking, and certainly unexpected, that a hotel of such standard and quality would allow this kind of flush power? And then the bathroom door has a nail sticking out -- initially, we thought it was unfinished carpentry or repair work, but it turned out that one of the metallic hooks were not replaced, leaving a bare nail sticking out. How can we possibly hang our clothes or towel inside the bathroom? Shall we have more thoughtful and meticulous maintenance of facilities, please? We are in Kuala Lumpur for the weekend, celebrating Mother's Day. Without a doubt, this is quite disappointing. My mother, in her 70s, has scoliosis, and cannot walk with ease. The staff did not even notice her to open the doors for her at the main entrance -- we were making our way to the main lobby outside to wait for our Grab ride's arrival. The staff were just standing around, or worse, physically absent, so my mum had to struggle with the rather heavy doors. Can we please have a higher expectation of what service ought to be -- this is a highly-rated accommodation, I believe? Finally, there were some brown spots / stains on my bed duvet / cover. We requested for housekeeping and we are rewarded with dirty bed duvey / cover. The irony!

Short weekend getaway with friends

Hotel was well situated in Bukit Bintan area near shopping and restaurants. Able to walk to nearby shopping Centers and the night eating areas. Hotel was fantastic with a great bar for winding down in the evening and the facilities were well maintained.

I booked for 6 nights, and after the first night I had to book a flight home urgently. The hotel was not willing to refund any of the 5 nights accomodation whatsoever. I have emailed them twice since coming home and no one has bothered to acknowledge my email. The concierge overprice you for taxi, quoted me 200 RM to the airport, I found a different taxi myself for 75 RM. Upon arrival to this hotel, the line at reception was huge. I waited approximately 40 minutes just to check in. The room was average, stains on the couch and the coffee table wasn’t cleaned at all. This is definitely not a five star hotel

Fantastic stay. Very luxe. A few minor thoughts: Beds need a softer top. The rules for executive lounge are no children and no sports wear. We experienced both. If this is a rule please follow through. Better coffee! Please get a barista for breakfast up/ down stairs!
