The PR is a great hotel - it has a great eco vibe with a lot of greenery inside - perfect match for KL. The room was nice and spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the lounge add on - the complimentary cocktail hour with snacks was great and a nice spot for a light breakfast, although definitely worth it to go to the main breakfast area as the selection there was extensive!

Parkroyal has always deliver good service, and awesome room, that goes to my stay in Parkroyal in KL. A very warm welcoming from Raj at the reception, and the room is spaicous and clean. The breakfast is incredible, wide spread of food from international to local food. location is walking distance to nearby shopping malls. An incredible experience this time and will definitely come back again

The room we had was excellent, the collection club benefits and staff were brilliant. The staff were the best part of the hotel (and the hotel is great) very helpful, friendly, personable and willing to assist wherewcer they could. Would definitely recommend and if I return to KL will look for rooms there.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk and lobby staff also very helpful and very professional. I didn’t want to pay this much to stay in KL but after I was in the hotel I was glad that we stayed here. It was very nice.
