Great location, lots of shopping options close by. Plenty of massage places around & so many dining options all within walking distance. Clean & comfortable rooms, good buffet style breakfast with variety & nice clean pool areas. The only downside to our stay was no hot water in the shower of an evening. Had an engineer check 2 nights in a row but was still only just warm, bit annoying & really no explanation given. There weren't too many people around the resort, so can imagine if it was busier!

Nice but…

The location is conveniently located to many restaurants and bars. But this is also a negative if you want peace and quiet. They’re doing renovations within the hotel and there’s nonstop loud music from the surrounding club and restaurants. The staff, however, is amazing.

The property exhibits significant deterioration and outdated amenities. While the breakfast staff exhibited friendliness, a notable number of members were consistently engrossed in their mobile devices. The pool, although initially tranquil, became increasingly murky towards the end of our stay. Excessive noise emanated from the rooms during our stay due to ongoing maintenance activities. The outdoor terrace offered an average experience, and the cocktails, which are customary in Bali, were notably diminutive in size. In light of these observations, I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this establishment. Our flight departure occurred late at night. Despite our request to remain in our room until 6 pm, we were charged a $40 late check-out fee, despite the fact that the hotel was not fully occupied. Not a good service.

Great experience

Only stayed here for two nights as we had accommodation booked at another location. However I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.
